why m.deli?

m.deli use organic ingredients wherever possible & only use fresh local produce. wherever possible, our home cooking, salad bar, soups & sandwich fillings are all made with organic produce. when it’s not possible to be organic, we are still true to our principles. our vegetables only come from sally green & meat only from ansells  butchers (both in maldon on our doorstep!).

we only use organic butter & jam, organic milk, organic mayonnaise & salad cream, organic pepper & herbs, organic spices, organic nuts & dried fruit, organic flour& organic rice & couscous. our organic list goes on & on. for us it’s a way of life & the main principle behind m.deli.
